Mr Sharma founded Nutek in 1994. Previously Mr. Sharma
worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories in US as Design
Engineer on 5ESS switch. Mr. Sharma overall Macro Manages
the company. |

| Mr. K.P. Venugopal joined Nu Tek India
Limited as a Chief Operating Officer in July 2007. He
has done his Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication
from Mysore University and also has Executive masters
in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign
trade. |

field and worked at ITI ltd., Dishnet Wireless Ltd and
Sterling Projects and Engineering Ltd., before joining
Nu Tek. He will be responsible for handling complete

Col V K Suri brings with him an experience of over 38
years in the field of telecommunications. He has served
Indian Army in telecommunications field for over 30
years where he was associated in project planning &
execution at all levels including Army Headquarters.
Also he has been with TTSL and Reliance communications
to rollout CDMA/GSM projects. Later he served as VP
(Operations) in Hayat Communications. He is also qualified
and experienced in Electro-Magnetic Interference &
compatibility and Electronic Data Processing Systems. |

Sanjay Kumar Singh is responsible for all Statutory
and Legal Compliances as Head of Secretarial and Legal
Department. He has a total experience of about 9 years
in the field of secretarial and legal works. Prior to
joining this Company he has practiced as an Advocate
for about 5 years in the Court of Law. |
