Operations and Maintenance
We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for our clients in order to
help them maintain their existing infrastructure. We are well equipped to provide
Operation and Maintenance Support at the sites built by us for our clients as
well as for those built by others.

others. The revenues from AMCs are dependent on the number of sites,
which in turn are set to increase with many operators announcing large
scale expansion plans. We are well positioned to take advantage of the
increasing AMC business on the back of our skilled man power and credibility
with our clients. |

| Operations & Maintenance of Telecommunication
Network can be briefly classified into two types: |

A. Preventive maintenance |
| Preventive maintenance is aimed at reducing the risk
of faults and at maintaining the predetermined tolerance limits. Experience
and statistics are used in order to judge how often the preventive work
has to be done. A diagrammatic representation of preventive maintenance
offered by us is shown below. |

B. Corrective maintenance |
| Corrective maintenance consists of activities for correcting
any faults which occur. Faults may be, for example detected by alarms,
complaints from customer or from checks during preventive maintenance
work. Any faults met with are reported to the operating statistics system. |

Scope of the Project:
Scope of the Project includes Passive infrastructure O&M that
including both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Preventive
maintenance is aimed at reducing the risk of faults. Nu Tek employs
well defined preventive maintenance procedures that are followed for
effective maintenance exercise. In addition to preventive maintenance
of passive equipments on site, the scope of this project includes
Diesel Filling, Electricity Board Liasioning activity (O&M part
including EB bill collection and submission), Corrective maintenance,
and Breakdown Maintenance. |

Scope of the Project:
Major activities that fall in the scope of Nu tek includes Preventive
Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, EB Liasioning (O&M part including
EB bill collection and submission). Nu Tek is one of a very few experienced
players in providing O&M services in the difficult terrains of
J&K. We are providing new site buildup activities, Installation
and commissioning, and O&M solutions in J&K circle from past
8 years. |

Scope of the Project:
Scope of Delhi MTNL project includes O&M activities for both Active
and Passive infrastructure. We are providing end to end O&M solutions
to MTNL, Delhi. Our scope includes providing Corrective Maintenance
and Preventive Maintenance of both Active and Passive Infrastructure,
Diesel Filling, EB Liasioning (O&M part including EB bill collection
and submission). |

Scope of the Project:
The scope of work includes providing Field First Line Maintenance
Services of Active equipments (BTS and Microwave). The service aims
at further improving the network quality, optimizing the structure
of the maintenance team and the maintenance cost, improving the work
efficiency, to ensure secure, stable and efficient network operations.
Regular preventive Maintenance. Summary of the activities to be carried
out in this project includes Corrective maintenance, Spares Parts
Management, Regular and ah-hoc reports in relation to all the FLM
activities and other related activities. |
